PDF Suite Pro provides document conversion services, including but not limited to PDF to Word, Word to PDF, and PDF to image format conversions. These services are provided "as is" and may be modified or updated at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our service may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • To attempt to interfere with the proper working of our services
  • To bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our services

5. File Upload and Processing

By uploading files to our service, you confirm that you have the legal right to use these files. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process your files solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 1 hour, and converted files are deleted after 24 hours. We do not permanently store your files unless explicitly specified.

6. Intellectual Property

The PDF Suite Pro service, including its design, logos, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Oasis Technology Solutions FZ LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PDF SUITE PRO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PDF Suite Pro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
